Order Processing (Handling) Time
•Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
•You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery (Transit) Time
•Standard delivery within the UAE takes 8-18 business days after dispatch.
•Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, sale events, Ramadan, Eid and public holidays.

Shipping Areas & Costs
•We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
•Standard shipping fee:Free Shipping on All Items
•All prices and shipping fees are shown in AED and include 5% VAT. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Order Tracking
•Once shipped, you can track your parcel using the link in your confirmation email/SMS, or by contacting us with your order number.

Delays, Customs & International Orders
•If you do ship internationally, customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.
